2. Refund Policy
General Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
After the refund period expires, customers may only be eligible for a replacement according to the warranty period mentioned below.
Approved refunds are processed within 24 to 72 hours and returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Balance recharge services
Gift card redemption services
Any service that has already been successfully delivered
3. Replacement & Warranty Policy
Subscription Products
1-Month Subscription
Replacement warranty: 14 days
3-Month Subscription
Replacement warranty: 30 days
6-Month Subscription
Replacement warranty: 60 days
12-Month Subscription
Replacement warranty: 90 days
Warranty Conditions
Replacement warranty applies only if the product stops working due to reasons beyond the customer’s control.
Warranty does not cover misuse, account sharing, password changes by customers, policy violations, or unauthorized modifications.
DigiCart reserves the right to verify any issue before approving a replacement.
4. Top-Up Services
All top-up services are delivered to customer-owned accounts.
Once a top-up has been successfully delivered, no refund and no replacement will be provided.
DigiCart is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or blocks imposed by the platform owner.
Any account action taken by the platform is beyond DigiCart’s control and therefore not covered under warranty.
5. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
If a purchased product becomes unavailable, DigiCart may provide a suitable alternative, replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate account and contact information.
Follow the terms and policies of the original service provider.
Keep login credentials secure.
Not misuse purchased services or products.
