Order Cancellation Policy

At DigiCart, we provide digital products, subscriptions, and top-up services that are often delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of these products, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Before Delivery

Customers may request an order cancellation if the order has not yet been processed or delivered.

If the order is eligible for cancellation:

  • The order will be cancelled.

  • A full refund may be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take between 24 to 72 hours depending on the payment provider.

After Delivery

Once a digital product, subscription, account, key, license, or top-up service has been successfully delivered, activated, or accessed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Top-Up Services

All top-up and recharge services are processed directly to customer accounts.

  • Orders for completed top-up services cannot be cancelled.

  • No refund or replacement is available once a top-up has been successfully delivered.

Subscription Services

Subscriptions that have already been delivered or activated cannot be cancelled.

Customers may still be eligible for support, replacement, or warranty coverage according to DigiCart’s Warranty and Refund Policies.

Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders

DigiCart reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

  • Refuse service where necessary to protect customers and the business.
